Tara Kain Po Tayo!!!!

(re-post: published last February 14, 2011 on my FB account)

Linggo ngayon, restday.  At kapag ganitong araw ako ang nagluluto sa amin... yap, i always do the cooking everytime na walang pasok. So, we decided na ginisang patani with malunggay leaves nalang.

I have always loved eating tuyo with vinegar (agahan man o tanghalian o kahit sa hapunan).

Sarap! Or during mirienda times, tuyo with champorado: the best combination.

Tuyo or hawot

Malunggay leaves was once considered a "poor man's vegetables" but now it is known as a "miracle tree"

These are the health benefits of eating Malunggay:

Helps strengthens the immune system relieves headaches and migraineshas anti-cancer compounds(phytochemicals) that help stop the growth of cancer cellsused to treat fever and asthma.

An ounce of malunggay has the same Vitamin C content as seven oranges, contains three times thepotassium in bananas, two times the protein in milk, and four times the vitamin A in carrots.

So why not eating Malunggay leaves?

ANG SARAP KUMAIN!!!!... Tara Kain Po Tayo!!!!

  • I am a sentimental and emotional type of a person.  that's the reason why I always treasured every moments with the people that I love (my family and friends).
  • It's about what I feel…story about the people around me…
  • what keeps me busy...
  • for being immature (hard to admit but sometimes)…
  • the sad reality about life…  that people come and people go..
  • the lessons I've learned…etc...

And that's the reason why I took simple things that can remind me of... for a certain place or a person (i want to make some memories.. with little blurry photographs, kept cinema tickets and saved text messages, any stuff.)
